Free, accurate, and fast clinical tools — designed for clinical practice worldwide.

🏥 What is RxMedCalc?

RxMedCalc is a free, open-access suite of 27+ clinical calculators and decision-support tools for healthcare professionals worldwide. Every tool is built with Indian clinical guidelines at its core — including those from NCDC, IAP, FOGSI, and international bodies like WHO, NICE, and BTS.

The site covers emergency scoring (CURB-65, NEWS2, GCS), paediatrics (growth charts, milestones, vaccine schedules), obstetrics (due date, ObsCalc), metabolic tools (eGFR, HbA1c, Child-Pugh), infectious disease (rabies PEP, ARV dose), and occupational health (spirometry, biomedical waste guide).

👨‍⚕️ Who Built This?

These tools are built and maintained by a practicing Indian physician with MBBS and AFIH qualifications, currently working in a government healthcare setting. The motivation is simple: quick-access, mobile-friendly clinical tools that work without internet login, without ads cluttering the experience, and without the complexity of proprietary hospital software.

Every calculator has been reviewed against the referenced guidelines before publication. Clinical accuracy is non-negotiable.
